In short: we process your files only to return the result, keep them no longer than needed, require no account and never sell data.
Files
In-browser tools process the file on your device — nothing is uploaded. Server tools receive the file, process it and delete it automatically: free results after 30 minutes, paid results after 24 hours. No backups of files are made.
Technical data
For the daily free allowance we store an anonymised key — a hash of your IP address and a random device identifier kept in your browser (localStorage). The key cannot be reversed into an IP address or an identity. Operation records (tool, time, duration) are stored without file contents and used for statistics and abuse prevention.
Cookies
We use a cookie to remember your language, and Yandex Metrica visit statistics (counter 112326608). It collects anonymised data about visits — pages, device, browser, region, referrer — and recordings of on-page actions (Webvisor); the contents of your files are never included. The data is processed by Yandex LLC under its own privacy policy. You can opt out in your browser settings or with a blocker.
Payments
Payments are handled by a payment provider. Card details are entered on its secure page and never reach us. We receive only the fact of payment, the amount and a payment identifier. If an email is required for a receipt, it is used only to send that receipt.
Sharing
We share data with nobody except the payment provider, to the extent needed for the payment, and where the law requires it.

You can ask us to delete data linked to your payment or ask any question about processing: support@rurumo.com.
